Additionally, as described in our Products Pages, in order to avoid monotony materials used in your Front Porch Kit will vary from those pictured in the Product Description.  Product photos are intended only to serve as a broad example of what a Kit may contain.

*Limit quantities

*Refuse or cancel orders

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are scheduled. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

*Delays caused by shipping carriers

*Incorrect shipping addressed provided by customers

*Lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier

5. In-Home Decorating Services

By placing an order, you agree to the included in-home decorating services, thus you agree to:

*Provide safe access to your front porch property

*Secure pets prior to appointment

*Disclose any relevant hazards

Front Porch Kit LLC is not responsible for:

*Pre-existing damage to property

*Weather-related damage to installed decor after service completion

*Theft, vandalism, or natural wear after installation

Decor items remain the responsibility of the homeowner after installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. However, we will work with you to ensure your design meets your satisfaction. Please contact us at the number or email below if you are not completely satisfied. 

 

In-home services: Non-refundable once completed.

8. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Porch Kit LLC shall not be liable for:

*Allergic reactions to materials
