Return & Refund Policy

At Front Porch Kit LLC we take pride in delivering thoughtfully curated porch decor kits designed to elevate your home's exterior. Due to the seasonal and decorative nature of our products, the following return policy applies.

 

1. Installed Porch Kits

We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds once Porch Kits are installed. However, we will work with you to ensure your design meets your satisfaction. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied: Email: frontporchkit@gmail.com Phone: 317-410-2644

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit appears damaged after installation:

*You must notify us within 48 hours of installation

*Provide clear photos of the damaged item

If approved, we may:

*Replace the damaged item

*Issue store credit

​

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

​

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. 

​

After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

​

Custom or limited seasonal kits cannot be cancelled once ordered.

4. Weather Disclaimer

Front Porch Kit LLC is not responsible for:

*Wind damage

*Water damage

*Sun fading

*Theft after delivery

*Damage caused by improper securing of decor

All outdoor decor requires proper installation and maintenance by the homeowner. 

​

5. Store Credit Option

At our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of refunds for certain returns. Store credit will be valid for 6 months from issue date.
